Anyone have a hot logic lunchbox?
I’m obsessed with mine. It’s essentially a mini hotplate in an insulated lunchbox. It gets food to 165 degrees F and holds it there indefinitely.
So I literally get two hot meals a day at work served directly to me at my desk, courtesy of my past self, who meal prepped and then plugged it in. It can also heat up frozen dinners directly in the container, bc it doesn’t get hot enough to burn or melt anything.

Stroganoff round 2 and a middle eastern chicken and beans!
Back for another round of beef stroganoff because we share prepped with a friend last time and didn’t end up with as much as we’d like haha.
Also trying out this chicken stew recipient and it tastes great but the beans kind of fell apart in it. So it’s hearty but I want to give it another try eventually to see about keeping them more bean-like.

Only did breakfast prep this week as we have built up a good backlog of frozen meals that we’ll work through. Made breakfast burritos with eggs, hash browns, cheese, and then half bacon and half sausage. We didn’t do a tortilla check before hand though and ran out, so made some breakfast bowls too!

Another successful Sunday!
We had a friend join us this week and she doesn’t eat beef or pork so we made up soyrizo breakfast burritos and turkey stroganoff!

Forgot to post when we made them but we did up some shepard's pie and egg bites this weekend!
Only did two items because while we go through all our breakfast items, we’re building up a backlog of frozen stuff. Plus the Shepard’s pie made so. Much. Had these, plus another three, and still have a 9x9 to split out in the fridge.

Another successful Sunday afternoon!
Spaghetti, curry over rice, and cold oatmeal are a go! Also we may have made a bit too much spaghetti…

First meal prep Sunday went well!
Took less time than we expected, especially factoring in we would have been cooking at least dinner already so expanding that wasn’t bad. I’m excited to save a bit of money, not have to worry about what’s for lunch, and get some time back during our weekday nights!
