I took that line from Narita to Haneda. It’s amusing that it runs as an express train on suburban lines but then stops at every junction on the metro.

Well, it's hard to make an express line in metro (Toei) section which already have frequency train service.

Haha, yes. And hard to build extra tracks for passing slow trains.
