Mettled @reddthat.com Huh?? Does this mean getting married has no bearing and no affect on immigration status? Is that marriage annuled? Does the person get deported as a single person or as a married person?
2 0 ReplyBrianTheeBiscuiteer @lemmy.world From what I understand the marriage is still legal. The noncitizen spouse however gets zero special treatment in regards to residency.
