Public Narrowly Approves of Trump’s Plans; Most Are Skeptical He Will Unify the Country

If Democrats are to ever succeed on a national level, the party needs to adopt strategies that acknowledge how comprehensively ignorant, gullible, and emotionally driven the American people are. They also need to stop banking on the notion that there is some kind of innate ‘goodness’ to the American psyche that can be appealed to.
