Okay, so from my understanding and experience, too many ice breaker mints can cause stomach issues for you. Will sucking on them for approximately 1 minute then removing it from my mouth be a healthier way to consume and avoid the pitfalls of over icebreaker consumption?
This reminds me of "how many licks to the center of a tootsie pop?".
It depends on how much of the candy you disolve in a minute, and what your maximum dose of the sweeteners is. If you disolve 1/5 of the candy in a minute but 1/10 of the sweetener in a candy is enough to bother your stomach, then you might end up in pain anyway.
Might be easier if you can find a mint that uses different sweeteners.
