MOSCOW, Nov 26 (Reuters) - High interest rates in Russia are making export contracts unprofitable, Sergei Chemezov, the head of Russian state industrial conglomerate Rostec, said on Tuesday, warning of production slowdowns and bankruptcy risks.

Chemezov said that exports for products with a long production period in areas like aviation, air defence and shipbuilding may have to be stopped.

  • Ukraine gave their nuclear weapons back to Russia for an agreement that Russia would never invade. Russia broke that promise when they invaded Crimea in 2008, it's way past due Ukraine gets it's nukes back. Russia should send them back, though in lieu of that, the West should give em a couple before Trump gets back in the big chair, you know, as a treat. A NATO pre welcoming gift.
