I really wouldn't be surprised if Trump is trying to cut out the cartels and import straight into America.
We could see a full blown narco war with all the downsides while supply to US remains uneffected and the people making it happens make billions that's already in untraceable (and untaxable) accounts or just straight pallets of cash/gold.
