Plan to upgrade hear-me.social to Mastodon V4.3.0 this weekend

Today, 8-Oct-2024, a major upgrade to Mastodon was announced, V4.3.0.

I will work on installing it this weekend. There will be downtown to both take a cold snapshot of the current server and to make the changes.

The changes are extensive and require infrastructure upgrades, I believe. I don't yet know how long the outage will be. I will have a better idea after I do the upgrade on my test instance.
