This is kind of the problem here. You say you want Israel to stop attacking Hamas because civilians are dying in the crossfire but you're not thinking about the consequences of your suggestion.

Hamas has already stated that their goal is the death of all Jews. Leaving Hamas alone and going back to rockets being fired at Israel daily is not a solution - and if you think it is, you are a massive hypocrite.

I would love for Israel to leave Gaza. But October 7th has shown that Hamas cannot be allowed to exist. The only solution I can see, and I'm assuming Israel can see, is to wipe them out entirely while trying to keep civilian deaths to a minimum.
