  • If you're in a city in Texas, you'll easily find people to connect with and will have little/no issues. In rural areas, you're likely to find people who are less accepting of different lifestyles.

  • I used one note for work for a few years and it was good, but then i had a problem with it not always syncing correctly. Have you had that happen at all? I switched to Google drive but I'm wondering if i should go back to one Note.

  • Excluding the obvious ones such as politics, what topics can't you stand listening to people talk about?
  • American - in my life i think I've heard two people talk about gun collections. One is an idiot. The other one just mentioned it because she was telling me a story about moving her father-in-law's things and getting stopped at a federal checkpoint with guns in her car.

  • weed is legal in Ohio now, but there will be a fight
  • I don't mess with delta 8 because I'm afraid of the chemicals they use to create it from cbd - h2so4 and stuff. Check out the thca vapes at secret nature. They're $50 but if you sign up for their emails they'll send you coupons that make them $35, especially if you put them in your cart and walk away for a day.

  • Yes. Thca flower (same weed you would buy at a dispensary) is legal in most states. I think there are about 5 who have outlawed it. Try eight horses hemp or flow gardens websites. Shows up in your mailbox.

  • Who cares about red flags in people. What are your green flags
  • When i was younger (before kids) i read a lot - mostly Stephen King and classics and it's still what i really like. Kids are grown, but i have a hard time saying, "I'm going to sit here for an hour and read." There's always something to do...bills, husband, animals, house, yard, etc. and when i veg I mostly turn to mindlessly browsing my phone because it's 2 minute chunks that you can put down anytime. After 15 years of working at the same job i just found out that my lunch break is 60 minutes instead of 30 - maybe I'll bring a book and try to use that time to read.

  • Do life insurance rules that deny payment after suicide discriminate against those with mental health issues? If those rules didn't exist would suicide rate increase?

Is the discrimination worth it as a deterrent? Or is it just to save the instance companies $$$?

Do younger people go home earlier now? Or go out less? Is it since COVID?

Someone asked a question about how frequently young people have time to socialize and it made me think about what people do with their evenings. I recently asked my son to go to a concert (free ticket to see a band i know he likes) and he declined because it was an hour away on a weeknight. If we invite our kids or niece/nephew to dinner they always want to go at 6/630 which feels so early. Edit: Kids are 30ish.

Weather is a lesson in moderation.

Sun good; too much sun bad. Rain good; too much rain bad. Breeze good;, ... It's like the universe is telling us to enjoy alcohol, drugs, pizza, and sugar; but be careful and don't overdo it.

Do you think increasing veganism hurts the sale of grills?

Of course you can grill veggies and alternatives, but grilling is such a meat culture.

I never completed anything on r/place...never even got more than a few pixels placed before they were wiped out. I was so excited to finish my little cat today and see that it was still there a little while later! Happy canvassing everyone!
