That's the point. Are you aware of The Satanic Temple and their work on the separation of church and state?
You've listened to the Pete Seeger song though right? Solidarity Forever is based on The Battle Hymn of the Republic. They both use an AAAB rhyming scheme and I think are in iambic octameter but I'm not a professional. Pete Seeger didn't write it, but I love his rendition. He's got alot of great labor songs.
I've done the same. You can get some obscure stuff from soulseek if Lidarr isn't finding all the stuff you want. I'm mostly using that and just using Lidarr for organizing and tracking.
You're 100% right about the plexamp DJs. They're super good. Love the deepcuts one.
In the book there are some references to Rita (Emily Blunt) fighting in various places and I think her getting her start in South America. Might be remembering that one wrong, but a prequel with her learning how to fight the monsters would have been good if they stuck more to the book.
I'm running deluge in a docker container on unraid and I have this same issue in Firefox but not in Chrome. I also have authentication problems in qBittorrent in Firefox that don't happen in Chrome. It's literally the only thing I use Chrome for unfortunately.
I use a steam deck for about 2/3 of my gaming and I rarely have issues with games. That said, I mostly play indie games, but there is so much of my library that is supported that I'm never going to run out of things to play. Proton has really done wonders for gaming on Linux. Are you wanting to play multiplayer games or brand new releases? Or are you more of the patient gamer type?
I wouldn't run steamos on a full desktop, but you can still get a lot of the benefits just by using steam on Linux. Definitely recommend trying it out.
This is the way to go. You aren't under an obligation to change someone's beliefs. If they reach out to you, be a support and offer help. Be a good example of an atheist by being a good friend.
If you really feel the need to push, something non confrontational like the street epistemology approach might work well.
We can know that certain gods are false simply because they are logically incoherent, but sure, the non falsifiable concepts are simply that, non falsifiable. I'm atheist because I don't believe in a god, not necessarily because I believe any specific god doesn't exist.
I'm with you that putting others down for their beliefs is cringy, but we shouldn't pretend that having a belief in a god without evidence to back it up is reasonable. There absolutely is a way to know a creator exists, and if they're powerful enough to create the universe, they know exactly how to demonstrate that.
There aren't really studies targeting below 18 individuals because it isn't the standard of medical care.
This is an excellent look at the Oregon Health and Science University. They had 6 individuals out of almost 2000 who sought reversal. 5 of those were not their original patients so did not go through their pre surgery procedures.
This is a systemic review looking at others research into this topic that finds a slightly higher but similar level of regret, around 1%.

Noone is saying there are no side effects, just that they are minimal, mostly temporary, and significantly less harmful than not getting treatment. Drugs like Lupron have been used for decades for things like precocious puberty and endometriosis treatments. It's side effects are well understood, and more harmful ones only occur after extended periods of use. Which they aren't prescribed for long periods of time for trans youth because they are used to give them a bit of time to determine if they want hormone therapy. Which does have longer term side effects.
Then don't over exaggerate. You talk about it being wild that this is happening to people below sexual maturity and now by your own admission, even the youngest in the US wouldn't fit that criteria.
Furthermore less than 1% of patients who undergo these surgeries show regret. This is a pretty solid demonstration that people aren't going into this blind or without thought. The standard medical guidelines work, and your concern continues to show ignorance of the subject. And of course gender isn't the same as sex, that's the whole point of the surgeries.
This isn't really a thing. Genital reassignment surgery(phalloplasty and others) is almost always limited to 18+. I'm not aware of the medical guidelines indicating anything else, or any major hospitals or surgical centers that do otherwise. There are also a massive amount of hurdles to overcome before any doctor will perform these, including 12 months of living as the gender.
You need to do some more educating yourself as what this post looks like is either ignorance, concern trolling, or someone who has fallen for the misinformation pushed by anti trans people.
