Even if he didn't, controlling the presidency and the supreme court likely lets him bypass congress with a little bit of finagling.

They blocked him on procedual grounds if I remembered correctly, not that ending daca was unconstitutional. Then somehow he just stopped caring and didnt do further executive orders. Idk why. 🤷♂️

I think his executive orders to end daca only got stopped by courts because of procedural issues or something. Its an executive order, a president doesnt not need congress or the courts to undo it.
If you are a daca receipient that have not gotten legal status, you better hide you if don't want to get kicked out.
