My problem is not so much their political philosophy but the fact that many of them answered "America Bad" with "China good" or even worse "Russia good"

Yeah they're literal Russians. Not just some propaganda through a few proxies and some random tank posting but directly pro-Russian, anti-Ukrainian authoritarian accounts which post Russian propaganda and get really fucking sensitive when you ask them "are you pro-Russian?"
It's the one question they refuse to lie about, because they know their arbitrary leadership could use anything like that as proof to have them killed. Unlikely? Very. Are they still deathly afraid, so much so they can't answer a simple yes or no question, even when they spout straight lies about themselves? Yes, they are.
I could ping two here, but I won't, since they blame me for "stalking" them for calling them out, and then abuse mod status. Davel and AntiOutsideAktion on lemmy.ml are both accounts like that.

Yes, all Russian bots and populism. Can't possibly be that a good chunk of Americans are just kinda fucked up themselves in the first place, can't be that that is why it's so easy for like 50 kopeck vatnik army on dial up and vodka to obliterate the country.
Also taking issue with your own country's imperialism like the arms supplies leading to excess deaths in Gaza on the order of a right wing nutter with a warrant from the ICC or god forbid things like the Iraq war is the same as being racist, sexist, anti-abortion, anti-science, pro-shooting, anti-LGBT... truly a neoliberal stand if ever there was one - not against bad things but against principles altogether.
