So less "peace treaty" and more "we now control you country and you have to do what we say"...

A country can not have a "curfew" for citizens of a seperate and sovereign country.

That's not peace, it's an occupation.
- Not at all. This agreement withdraws IDF forces from southern Lebanon. It's a coordinated withdrawal within 60 days, as IDF forces move out Lebanese armed forces move in. The whole point is to enforce UNSCR 1701 because UNIFIL was unable to. Here's the full text of the agreement.
  
  60 days to entrench and tighten their control over the area before they violate the ceasefire. Which I'm sure they plan to do.
