Lots of IT still in the military also some of the "contract out" is done by reservist and is tied to their military contract. Those still in military are your tier 3 IT and admin.
Just buy the American grown coffee beans /s/
I remember one of the presidents asking why, when everything is supposed to be made in u.s.a. they buy Columbian coffee and not U.S. coffee and he was told it's too expensive for the president.
Why? and the What if?
Why did it fall? You pushed it. Why? I don't know why you pushed it? Why did it fall down? Do you mean gravity? Why does gravity make things go down? and on and on
now some of them moving onto what if...
and I love this
I am scared, there might be a ghost. There is no ghost, we made sure there is no ghost. What happens if there is a ghost? IDK, maybe we could call ghostbus- Ghostbusters aren't real. So glad I got called out then because I was ready to pull my hair out
I am still concerned about fluoride, but for different reasons. The federal government says there is too much natural fluoride in our water so we must import water to dilute it. The federal government doesn't trust us with police officers, or politicians, but surely the public water company isn't corrupt or incompetent....surely.
But hey, our teeth are really white and no ones died from flouride, far more likely to die from sudden lead.
Camel Joe? Maybe? As in Kamala Joe.
Best short explanation I heard, was in college. The cause of the civil war was slavery, the civil war was not fought over slavery.
This helps understand why the south started fighting to keep slavery but the union did not start fighting to end slavery. Some halfway through the war abolition started getting steam but racism and bias continued through and after the war.
Edit: "Sates right's (To allow slavery) is a common misdirect, the same as calling it the war of northern aggression, to not flat out say slavery. But hey they get to say the quiet part out loud now so maybe they wont try and be coy.
Exactly I had difficulty finding content and any "guide" or anything I seemed to find was too confusing or not practical for me. I don't use Twitter, blue sky, or mastadon regularly but when I checked them all out, blue sky was the best in all round; "Ease of use" and "easy to find content"
I was going to reply with this. This is exactly one of the problems. I didn't have a Twitter, but I wanted to join mastadon. I had to find a way to access it, and an instance to sign up on. In theory it's good but for a new user it can be difficult to sign up.
Then ofc the difficulty of finding content, there is content, but part of the no frills meant most of the stuff I saw wasn't in English (I am a mon-english speaker) and it was tricky to figure out how to juat get English content let alone content I was interested in.
Too many friends and distant family, from marginalized communities telling me "They don't mean me, I am a legal American citizen"
YES! Still have a poster kicking about from the "finale". I loved the series growing up. RIP Edd
If thats a sign on some nowhere road by a rough together building, it's probably some of the best BBQ you've ever had.
I think its a gripen. I don't know much of anything about jets but the only modern fighter I know with those foward wing things is the gripen.
Do you mean color? No, no I do not.
It's crazy how expensive it is too. At my HS, as an ASB rep got contacted by DARE reps once and they where oh its only $15k per classroom. It all made sense when I started to learn its always been a money grubbing grift. It never had a good reason to exist other then excuse to charge alot for busybwork.
If you mean who gets the money from app purchases etc.; The ruling also says Google play billing cannot be required, so each app/developer can use whatever payment processor they want
Reading this, it's my understanding this ruling says Google must host rival "app store" apps in Google play store and must provide them with a copy of all apps on the playstore for them to distribute. Developers do not opt in to the new app-stores, but they can opt out.
New game engine, putting aside concerns of Epic exclusives and such, seems fine,
but changing the name, it's not to signify the game studio will focus on halo, 343's name is based on the franchise; "New name, new philosophy", it's trying to distract from the past trying to say "under new management", but in recent times companies have used this as smoke and mirrors, hiding that nothing has changed.
I'll believe new philosophy when a game comes out that isn't trying to be destiny or cod and doesn't have 50% of the game missing at launch because of mangled management that was fine shipping an incomplete game and never finishing it.
My grandfather affected by the war in the gulf, my mother a gulf war veteran, my dad fought in the middle east and my sister was deployed to Afghanstan.
Times change, but war in the middle east and Americans meddling, aar never changes.
Not all flamethrowers throw napalm, as seen flamethrowers predate napalm. A flamethrower made to abate weeds is not nearly as powerful as a military grade one, but it still throws flame. So even if you can't buy a fancy flamethrower that shoots out 20+ feet, you can have some fun with a little propane tank based weed abatement "flamethrower". I wasn't trying to kick up an argument on the technicalities of what is a flamethrower, but your arguments are the weakest thing to support your idea.
