What discussion you know you are on the wrong side of?
  • I mean, if you want your story to reach broad audiences, story mode is good. If you have an artistic vision and can only see your story learned as such, do that. Not supplying story mode is like not supplying condiments at a restaurant. Limiting your client base.

  • I can't imagine being paid to act like I enjoy working in the office
  • This says more about cubicles than open offices.

(I need electronics lab space, if they ever take that away, I will need to run some long running tests that make disrupting noise until they change their mind back.)

  • cheap low-profile way to generate six precise clocks
  • A max10 FPGA runs pretty cheap, and to do what you want, the free version of quartus will do just fine.

Does the LCD happen to have a dev board or reference design you can use to see what they suggest?

Alternatively, it's worth figuring out if the wiring is standard for the LCD, some microprocessors have display out peripherals that will do all that work for you. For instance, the STM32F429 has a display controller. (There are others, I'm bad at searching from my phone)

  • Miso Tonkotsu, pressure cookered

There are two eggs down there somewhere. I need to use a bigger bowl next time.

    Friday's pie (taco)

Had leftover taco fixings, so we made a taco pie this weekend. A bit of the pizza had crushed nachos (kid requested). Overall, a solid pizza.

(homemade) Tonkotsu ramen, with pork, egg, corn, spinach, and enoki mushrooms.

This was yesterday's dinner, the last of my freezer pork (this means I get to make another batch)
