So it's a question of, is dad working? How much is his wage? If he leaves early infrequently does he earn less? Can mom take the stairs for a few weeks or months before/after giving birth? Are we close enough to friends they can help? Do we have a chute to get smelly diapers away from mom and baby? Can we afford disposable vs cloth diapers?
If it costs you more money to leave work, or get an ensuite, or hire somebody, or buy disposable, or you are priced out of every option, that's not perfect that's just one of a series of financial choices.
Right now they are priced out of all the options, ensuite seemed like the best one.
Oof that's fair
The purchasing power of people like your father has been reduced in this time frame. Check how much he could afford for that renovation vs how much you could afford now.
They are the expert for them in that case
Sure, but your parents were also on the tail end of single income detached housing being a thing.
Double income MDU barely works anymore. Concessions are made to save time or money.
NP I did not see that, I didn't need to comment.
If only somebody warned the world, to follow the money :/
... They are talking about their lived experience, boiling it down to an -ism is daft.
Yeah the use of the word is in relation to the edge cases, where it is not useful.
These discussions are around the edge cases. Use the accepted terms that experts use to refer to these people.
I like your moxy and positive attitude
Yeah I have not watched them yet
It sounds like just another urban legend -- a videotape filled with nightmarish images leads to a phone call foretelling the viewer's death in exactly seven days. Newspaper reporter Rachel Keller (Naomi Watts) is skeptical of the story until four teenagers all die mysteriously exactly one week after watching just such a tape. Allowing her investigative curiosity to get the better of her, Rachel tracks down the video and watches it. Shit, is this what love feels like?
The ones that complain about not holding puppet strings might shift the balance. The vocal ones speak for the lot, and they suck.
Fun-loving salesmen Richard (Jonathan Silverman) and Larry (Andrew McCarthy) are invited by their boss, Bernie (Terry Kiser), to stay the weekend at his posh beach house. Little do they know that Bernie is the perpetrator of a fraud they've uncovered and is arranging to have them killed. When the plan backfires and Bernie is killed instead, the buddies decide not to let a little death spoil their vacation. Shit, is this what love feels like?
Two pretty but ditsy American girls are on a road trip through Europe. In Germany, they end up alone at night and when their car breaks down, they take shelter in an isolated villa. They wake in the morning to find themselves in a makeshift hospital along with a Japanese man. Shit, is this what love feels like?
Challenge, change the last sentence in a film's synopsis with "Shit, is this what love feels like?"
I was scrolling through mangadex and I feel like we can get some mileage on this non-sequitor.
Have you heard old men speak about women? The amount of lamenting is completely absurd. Sad they can't do certain things anymore.
I think the crux of it will be, would she respect OP's refusal to have that kind of power over her, and would she expect some sort of reciprocal act for some MAD outcome.
I'd wonder where she got ideas like that and find out if it's an integral part of her life.
His joke is that fluoride can be used to make extremely dangerous substances
From the wiki on the one he mentioned:
This oxidizing power, surpassing that of oxygen, causes ClF3 to react vigorously with many other materials often thought of as incombustible and refractory. It ignites sand, asbestos, glass, and even ashes of substances that have already burned in oxygen.
I see a shitbird that doesn't recognise that reclaiming useful material out of waste is normal and desirable.
I don't care if the fluoride source is toxic waste. It's not injected in any quantity to do anything but provide positive effects.
Are you going to criticize chemo therapy for being gasp RAdiOaCtiVE???? This is the same thing.
