At least that would illicit a reaction out of the masses; that's exactly why these authoritarians aim to slowly strangle our safety nets. We will apparently happily let them do it, as long as it doesn't cause us immediate and perceivable harm.
There's a huge issue with that, though, that seems all too often overlooked: by doing nothing, our systems will still fall behind. They will continue to decay, to lag increasingly behind our peers and adversaries. At absolute best, the inevitable death of 1,000 cuts marches on.

By the way, the entire point was to explicitly point out that BLACK lives matter, because they are systematically treated as if they do not, and BLM was an attempt to force people to come to terms with that fact. "All lives matter" is a hollow, whitewashed response that gave racists a shield to hide behind, allowing them to pretend like they cared about "all" lives, but really from its inception all it meant was "White lives matter." Co-opting that slogan would have just allowed everyone to brush the conversation under the rug even more quickly than they did.
Regardless of your personal experience, they are both very potent. Personally, the most gnarly, off-the-rails trips I've ever had were thanks to shrooms. LSD has been much more consistent for me.

There are 9 different essential amino acids, and foods that contain all of them are considered "complete" proteins; like poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, and quinoa. If chickpeas are your only source of protein, you won't be getting all of your essential amino acids.
The real problem is that big media (and therefore the prevailing narratives) are all controlled by the authoritarian corporate establishment.
