What is your current eating window?
  • Officially, I chose the 16:8 schedule, but I do try and go as long as I can. I usually try to get an extra 30min -1hr . Just depends what I have on at work. I find weekends more of a struggle and have to keep busy or I start wanting food.

  • I do body pump classes 2x week and don't find they cause any dizziness. Although, my classes are in the afternoon, after I have ended my fast, so that's probably why. Good to have someone around the same stats 👌. Hope we both get to our goal weight 💪

  • Hi there I have been doing 16:8 fasting since 10 July. Counting calories, keeping under 1200 during the week, and under 1500 weekends. I am used to it now. Only drink black coffee and water during fast. Weight training 2x week and a booty &core class on a Tuesday. But, the weight is taking its time to move. I have lost a kg, only for it to fluctuate up and down each day. Today, I am 900g below my SW. And I will take that as a win. SW: 69kg, CW: 68.1kg GW: 62kg
