‘Arcane’ Creator Says Season 2 Draws from Divided Politics: "It’s only gotten worse."
  • Honestly the music sections are the best for me because that’s what this studio is know for: making videoclips. It’s when the animation truly shines, so I’m loving that they are leaning heavily into it.

So far it’s been good, I didn’t expect Viktor plot to go that way but everything else has been somewhat predictable (not in a bad way). Looking forward for the next batch of episodes.

  • Putin won’t attend G20 summit in Brazil, which would have to arrest him on ICC warrant.
  • Sorry to say but “BRICS” is far from “made up nonsense” here in Brazil. There’s plenty of export and some industries that got a boost thanks to it, it’s a very real economic block. I don’t know why you would think that it is not real, especially now that we are setting up a payment system to avoid the dollar usage.

  • What is a game or games that you think are an absolute must-buy?
  • I managed to get into Stardew after some insistence, but I also struggled with this for a long time and I know exactly why in my case after coming back to harvest moon for a bit: the player character is too slow. You spend soooo much time walking and unlike HM/RF you don’t have a sprint button, so everything becomes more stressful to do.

  • How can I search for Helldivers content on YouTube without Helldivers 2 being every result?
  • Your best bet is probably adding a “-2” on the search, but it’s still gonna be a struggle

Another way would be to use google to search, and add “before:year” on your query to only get results published before the specified year.

EDIT: I actually completely forgot but you can use search filters on YouTube and I believe there’s a cutoff date somewhere, might be worth looking into.

  • Ryujinx Pulls Their Source Code From GitHub And Shuts Down
  • From what I understand the dmca backup issue only comes into play when it involves emulation, yeah, because you either need to reproduce the decryption mechanism or bypass it, and both could be argued to be “circumvention of encryption” which comes into play on the DMCA stuff.

  • People who've had cancer, what kind of support were you most grateful for during treatment? What support do you wish you'd had?
  • I’m currently going through chemo treatment. I’ve been very lucky so far since I had very mild side effects and my chemo protocol is very intense. In my opinion, the best thing you can do is be available for visits whenever she has the energy for it. My godmother also went through a harsh treatment and multiple surgeries, and she said she felt constantly lonely, and even though I’m a very “home” person, I also miss seeing some friends a bit more than usual.

If you want to ask anything feel free to, I don’t mind talking about it.

  • Alternatives to GitKraken?
  • I tried checking yesterday but got very confused. My last yearly invoice was 48 USD/Y (so 4 USD/mo). However looking at the price page now it shows a regional pricing equivalent to around 8 USD/mo with a discount available for “first time” sub which cuts it to 3 USD/mo. It’s kinda confusing, I’ll probably be emailing their support to se what’s up. 8/mo is still doable since it’s something that I use everyday, but it is a big change.

  • Alternatives to GitKraken?
  • Wait gitkraken is getting a price hike? I haven’t received anything on email about this I think. Shit, I’ll look into it because if it is such a surge I might not be able to justify its price with my currency even if it is one of the few licensed apps I use. Dang, thanks for the heads up OP.
