Some Google Maps links containt actual coordinates,
They are usually generated by 3rd party apps. Like taxi or delivery apps. But links shared from Google maps themselves are encoded on the server side and look like this:
I don't see any reason to encode locations in this way, except to make life difficult for users of other maps. This should be considered anti-competitive behavior.
P.S. I just realized that Google Maps generates a unique link for each share and tracks every user who clicks on that link.
My bank has mobile web version. I was surprised by this.
https://github.com/rikardwissing/webextension-sendtokodi/ I think it is possible to share URL without Kore.
Firefox is available for PostmarketOS, it's almost fully usable.
Technically, it is already here. However, the UX of the desktop client is awkward.
Firefox Gnome theme for the full experience.
Does any device support UHS-II except cameras or cardreaders?
Why do Palestinians on the Internet blame Israel, but never HAMAS?
I have 2 selfhosted VPNs and all of them are blocked by Reddit. Until last week, I was able to log in to some fake account and use Reddit through a VPN, but now I can't use it anyway.

osm2gmaps can also convert Google Maps links to geo:, despite it is designed to do the opposite.
Alpine Linux allows choosing a repository manually for each package, so it's possible to have an LTS release but install some packages from the edge repository. https://wiki.alpinelinux.org/wiki/Repositories#Repository_pinning
Is there any email you can use that doesn't have this issue? The article gives an example where people have their entire Google account banned just because they commented on youtube videos. So, using an email from a single-service company should drastically reduce the chance of an account ban.
Yes, it seems that Google removed this feature from the Contacts app. I also tried the Contacts app from Google, and it doesn't have the 'Export to SIM' button either
Android is already disabling fingerprint reader every 72 hours. So what's the difference?
Ads are not built into the video stream yet. But ads came from the same domain as video so you can't block ads using DNS blocking.
Maybe your old phone's screen sucked. I switched from flagship 2021 OLED phone to mid-tier IPS 2020 phone. I prefer IPS, because it crisper and have more neutral colors. And more important, it doesn't have stupid waterfall edges.
Official Telegram app on Android doesn't allow to send code in SMS
I completely broke my phone screen and attempted to log into my Telegram account from my secondary phone. I downloaded the APK from telegram.org, entered my phone number, but the app sent the code to another device with no option to receive it via SMS. Then, I tried to create a new account using a new physical SIM card, but Telegram still showed 'code sent to other device' as if the account was already registered on that SIM card. When I tried to add the phone number to my Telegram account, it displayed 'this number is not in Telegram.' It seems like Telegram blocks any attempts to send verification codes via SMS or call on Android. Want to know how I finally created a new account? I had to ask my friend to log in from his iPad. Unfortunately, that account got banned and deleted within 5 days, even though I wasn't doing anything wrong or suspicious.
