Host of the podcast Almost Plausible, where I and a couple of friends take an ordinary object (such as a paperclip, eggnog, or a toilet brush) and come up with a movie plot based on that object.
Who wants this?
I loved BoingBoing 20(ish) years ago. Several years ago I stopped visiting because SO MANY of their posts were just ads. I went to the site today because a friend linked to a story and just... Wow. The site is cancer now.
Somehow she was up for adoption for three weeks before I adopted her. I truly don't understand how that's possible. She's so beautiful!
Fuck 'em. Fuck 'em all. If they want to fight so badly, they can fight each other directly. Don't get the rest of us involved.
I have a podcast that I create with a couple of friends. We take an ordinary object—such as a ceiling fan, or a paper clip, or a toilet brush—and we create a movie plot based on that object. The show is called Almost Plausible, and can be found wherever you listen to podcasts.
Per the Cube Rule, both are considered quiche.

My grandmother used to give me Wheat Thins in these bowls. I miss her. I'm in my early 40s.
Not quite what you're looking for, but I really enjoyed The Taste of Conquest by Michael Krondl.
Considering those are Spanish plates, I'd say you're right!

Original comment:
The image on the right is not the interior of the structure on the left. The right is a photo of an initiation well (also at Sintra).
So my dad wasn't lying about watching the submarine races?
When I first read your question, I thought it was a hypothetical situation. Like an improv exercise or something.
Anyway, I was bitten by a racoon once. Everything turned out alright in the end for both me and the racoon.

PS is short for postscript. If you have a postscript after your postscript, it's a post-postscript, or PPS, not PSS.
When Donald fingers the grill of the Citroën, I lost it.
The woman keeps saying "Bentley" and Donald keeps saying "Citroën."
When he looks up at the car handle, I'm not entirely sure what he says. It's sounds like it's either "oh sheesh" or "oh shucks."

This year it was Shep's turn to choose the location for the Halloween episode, and he chose a diner because it's indoors. While enjoying their meals, the trio share stories centered around bones. Luckily, being indoors this year means no harm should manage to befall them. And yet, there seem to be an awful lot of sirens outside...
Welcome to Almost Plausible!
Hey story fans!
Welcome to Almost Plausible, a podcast where three friends make up stories, usually in the form of a movie plot, where something unexpected takes a central or critical role in the story.
Each episode starts with a brief pitch session, where we take turns sharing the ideas we’ve come up with for each episode’s topic. After we’ve heard all the pitches, we pick one, develop it, and hopefully come up with a story that’s at least almost plausible.
It's fun, funny, and it all happens in under an hour.
The show is free, and new episodes drop every other Tuesday. You can subscribe wherever you regularly listen to podcasts, such as: Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or directly via our RSS feed.
