Its the one origin enabled game I have on steam that does it. For some reason their cloud sync over rides Steam and it doesn't appear to stay open long enough to upload after a session consistently.
Heads up to anyone looking to play on Deck and other systems concurrently, cross save will get fucky. I lost 20+ hours of play time thanks too this on ME1 and about the same when I came back a year later to play through ME2 assuming they would have smoothed it out.
I love the idea of someone being brought up for tax evasion charges because they were only claiming a blowjob rate when they were doing anal.
This could be the most interesting audit in the history of the IRS.
Thank you to everyone in this thread who made me feel part of a community of my peers online for the first time, in a long time.
Every plumbing project (even yesterdays quick upgrade of the kitchen faucet) is at least a 2 tripper. Each time I finish one I swear I'm never moving again. Then, 5 years later, I'm fixing the previous owners mishaps "one last time".
To all the people who've bought houses I lived in, I'm sorry for all of the " what was that idiot thinking" moments I've caused you. Ha
I have a bi-monthly calendar reminder for the Samsung filter. 3 dogs means that thing is constantly packed with hair and we get the dreaded filter error code if it's not cleaned regularly.
Sigh, have a nice day.
I haven't driven the id.4, but our car has a visual indicator that shows the percentage of regenerative braking efficiency achieved when you at coming to a stop. Hitting 100% is significantly easier in my experience with my test sample of 1 vehicle using the single pedal option, like everything though, I'm sure it's not the same across the board.
If you're reading the brake lights on the car directly in front of you as an indicator to slow down, you have already lost the plot.
A competent driver is actively driving a minimum of half a mile ahead of themselves with more than adequate distance between the vehicle directly in front of them to allow a response to changing road conditions.
The car doesn't suddenly decelerate unless the driver completely pulls their foot from the pedal. This sounds like a skill issue on both sides.
I drive exclusively in 1-pedal. It's a pretty quick transition.
Probably easiest to make an analogy to the transition to analog sticks for gaming.
It was a bit difficult but, once you get the nuance, it's pretty game changing.
Couldn't agree more.
I have a Mach-E and drive exclusively in one pedal mode. With my car you can still use the brake if you want. But honestly once you adjust to it, it becomes very instinctive to let it accelerate and decelerate based on the traffic patterns around you.
Now, if someone's doing some stupid shit in Seattle during rush hour traffic I end up using the brake more but for 95% of my daily driving I'm just using the one pedal.
It's honestly more jarring going back to driving my truck with a traditional setup than it was adjusting to the one pedal setup.
The eyebrows give them so much character. Love it.
The fella on the right looks like our old man when he was younger!
Reading the comment above yours made my hip and knee hurt.
Cheers friend. Good luck out there.
I never thought I'd say this but, I hope Google loses their appeal on the third party store..
I'm so fucking tired of line goes up capitalism preventing us from being able to enjoy the things we've already purchased..
Freetube has been failing consistently on all my desktops lately. None of the instances on the main site work. Can you verify it's till working and maybe DM me the instance you're using?
Yeah let's suggest these kids spending their time somewhere way safer like Matt Gaetz's mansion.
Elden Ring Player to Sue FromSoftware Over High Game Difficulty
Another article that highlighs inherent flaws in the American legal system. How can this potentially be an actual lawsuit? How can "journalists" even entertain reporting on this?
Honestly I'm just posting to laugh at my fellow lemmings responses and watch see how the plaintiff is roasted for not gitting gud.
But, there is a real conversation here around continued ignorance of game development and the value of difficult games as a value proposition. Afterall, the person attempting to sue from did choose to purchase the games willingly knowing they're not for scrub casuals like themselves.
What do you all think, is difficulty gating content a real issue? Should dev's have some kind of legal requirement to appease players that can spec a build properly? Is it Thursday and I'm just looking for some easy laughs at a morons expense?
People that enjoy Shipment, Nuketown and other such maps in Call of Duty... why?
So I decided to jump into some call of duty whatever the most current one is now that it's free on game pass.
The first two matches I was spawned into were on shipment. A map that I remember being absolute trash back in the day but it still is. The third match it went to put me in dropped me into that same map as well so I quit before it finished loading. Following this it dumped me into a match in progress where my team was behind by 25 points and there was 12 kills left before it was over.
My question is, why do players seem to vote for this map over any other option most of the time? What is the fun or enjoyment that I am missing out on this box of spam? It's literally nothing but spawn killing and spawn dying.
If you are a person that enjoys these, can you legitimately explain why? I'm not trying to make a troll complaint or anything. Just genuinely interested.
Is this what the modern call of duty experience is like?
LAN bypass on Linux
Hi all,
Is there a conf change I can make to bypass local address filtering with ProtonVPN on Linux? When I attempt to access NFS and SMB shares on LAN they fail to connect with Proton active.
Thanks!
