The new law will require K-12 and college students to use bathrooms and locker rooms that match their sex assigned at birth.

Because that way people have an excuse to attack trans people. They can cite 'fear of assault' and in many cases not even be arrested.
The concept of trans men being forced to use the ladies room isn't a gotcha. It is a plot to enforce gender conformity. Ask any butch lesbian how they treat people who look too masculine if they enter the ladies room, and understand that they want that to happen to anyone who doesn't conform.

They have to be graphically reminded of that. What they think they're doing is keeping the bud light ladies night commercial guys out of the womens' bathroom.

There is no enforcement mechanism in this law. The crafters of the bill are conveniently leaving it up to the local institutions. So, it’s basically going to be a “rat on your friends” situation, just like Nazi Germany.

And so any backlash (or trans violence) can be blamed on the institution and not the law.

I was thinking they are going to have to hire bathroom guards at every bathroom to check your gender before you enter. I'm not sure how they'll check your gender before you enter. They would have to be immune to bribes, so they'd have to be paid well too.

Shit like this is blatantly unharmful and more importantly NOT FUCKING FREEDOM. This must be what it was like to be in Nazi Germany and know that the Jews are not a problem but a scapegoat for terrible people. I hope these fucksticks are remembered similarly.
