This can sound racist but I don't care.

I want country flags on people's reviews so I can filter them.

There's some "Overwhelmingly Positive" games only to find it was highly reviewed in China and the game is just a reskinned gacha game.
- Just watch videos of ACTUAL GAMEPLAY. You'll know 100% when your being lied to
  
  Not a fix for this particular issue but I usually filter out reviews that have less than 20 - 30 hours of gameplay, depending on the game. That way you only see reviews of people that actually played the game.
