They might have my father's mentality. More car lanes equals less traffic... He has a small view on life, and thinks short term. He will argue and have tantrums if you try to have a discussion. He is never wrong in his opinion, and will never change his mind.
Yeah, social media sucks. I already experienced a post where I got downvoted to oblivion on lemmy. Just because I said it was criminal offense to doxx someone, and they should not stoop to their level. That post was finally removed, probably for good reason.

Is there any software to type exact what it sees on screen. Sort of like the old captchas, but I want to repurpose it for a single player use in a game.
I only know 2 people who are illiterate, my father is one of them. He will take pictures of stuff and send them to my mother. And usually goes off the pictures for most stuff.

I would love to have an unbiased Lemmy. But this is filled with mostly extreme far left people I talked to. I also get down voted any time I mention most people don't use Imperial/Fahrenheit, except 5% of the world. Lemmy feels kind of hostile for open discussion.
