Just don't say it's piquant. That means your interest has soured. That'd be for the people who did watch it.
The AI industry: hold my beer...
Tough. Maybe pay up first, and don't be a dick after.
And use a large cookie cutter on the frozen slabs to make hamburgers. Bonus because they're pre-smashed.
This is every other driver ahead of me at the lights.
Get Kimmel on it. He did Santos so well!
'AI tools just got me a 3x pay raise'! <- waiting for this headline.
Because a watch can have a gender identity. Wow. These people are triggered by the smallest things.
Maybe letting this guy think the rules somehow don't apply to him wasn't such a good idea after all.
Your eye can only resolve points at beyond a certain arc angle, below which two close points of light appear as a single point. It's to do with the spacing between the photoreceptors in your eye (they are individual units that act as a single eye, not a single sensor, i.e. your eye has a resolution of its own), the wavelength of the light coming in, and some neurological stuff. Physics and biology.
Edit: wanted to add that all color TV's are made of a matrix of three color elements, usually with 2x the number of green versus red and blue. If it looks like it's one color, then there's usually a diffuser in the way, or you need to get in closer.
Might want to include your age as a benchmark also. Plus, how engaged you were at the time affects your recollection. I can't remember exactly what happened two weeks ago without some effort and only with low precision, but can remember the numberplate of the jerkface bentley driver that brake checked me for several kms a decade ago. Over 50 yrs old.
He should try borrowing some of lando's skill to deal with all of Carlos' luck.
Toe thumbs are a thing. Why not toe fingers?
'Just a small boy from Mallorca' had me in tears. Rest easy big man.
Can confirm. Saw a guy get a gun pulled to his face for using a cellphone in the Niagara INS office.
Am looking. My unit is a Panasonic 50" plasma I got in the noughties. Right up my alley - no smart features at all. I'm aware there are business displays that they use for digital signage, but like the TVs, they have terrible sound, so you may need to fork for a sound bar or something. They cost a bit more, but afaik no smart features either, just media select.
Meh. Dumb tv + external box for me.
Just unisex the thing. They get a lesson in tolerance and everyone gets equal treatment.
Now prosecute.
Good. Now prosecute.
Aside from 'latet this year', anyone know when the pixel 9 pro (not xl) will be released in south east Asia?
As the title says. Google had released the pixel 9 pro xl here already, but not the 9 pro. Bummer for the early adopters, because they also dropped the price about $200ish when the new iphone dropped, a couple of months after launch.
Knee issues
I know this is difficult to diagnose - it's troublesome in person also. I have intermittent sharp pain in the front outer side of my left knee that feels like someone took a hammer to the funny bone. Happens when I'm walking, particularly when taking a left bend, but sometimes I can run and play tennis with no issues.
It's usually a case of shake it off, and resume activity after it settles. But once it locked up during the shakeoff and felt like a nerve was being pinched between the bones - close eyes rolling on the floor kind of pain, unable to carry the foreleg to straighten or bend further. This subsided after about 30 mins of stillness and carefully straightening the knee while applying lateral pressure to the kneecap. I was then able to wrap it up and call an Ortho.
It's basically killed any momentum for my fitness regimen, and I'm dreading the next episode.
MRI scan shows severe cartilege and kneecap wear, and a couple of loose bodies which we suspect may be getting lodged in sensitive areas, triggering the episode. Ortho plans to keyhole out the loose bodies, inject lubricating gel and recommends cartilege repair and stem cells on the site.
Anyone have experience with something similar? I'm ok with the keyhole and gel, but the repair job would put me on crutches for a month, only returning to athletic activity in 6 months, which I'm not keen on.
Any opinions/ advice?
Bug? Clicking on comments in my inbox
When I click on a comment in the inbox, the thread appears beginning from the comment in the inbox, i.e. my comment, which is needed to establish context, is hidden/ not shown. Is this by design, or is it a bug?
Edit: an update fixed it! Thanks u/Veritrax!
Anyone here on a 2nd hand EV? What has the buying/ ownership experience been like so far?
Anything, really. But of particular interest is how the range holds up from the original stated, powertrain degradation if any, and other general stuff like fit and finish, electronic gremlins, weather effects etc. Thanks in advance!
Anyone else watched the RG final? Thoughts?
Carlos needs to get a grip on his lapses in quality. Damn difficult to watch him not knowing when it will come up. Otherwise he's a genuine pleasure to watch him when he's firing on all cylinders. Vamos!
is this community for news only, or can it also be used for tips, questions, etc?
As the title states. On the other site, tennis is for news, and 10s is for tips and technique. What does this forum serve?
When did you realize that rich people live in a world of their own?
May be an incident where they could not understand how much things they take for granted cost to the normies, a flagrant disregard for morals or ethics, a blatant show of arrogance or disconnectedness, or anything yould like to share.
is there/ was there/ will there ever be a perfect album?
Every album I've ever encountered seems to have a mixture of bangers and one or more meh or outright flops. It's easier than ever to skip over the tracks now, but as the question asks: what's is, in your opinion, the perfect album, or does one/can one even exist?
In light of AI being trained on our data, why not comment in forums using images exclusively?
Major hosts already support image links, and it'd be a good way to stick it to reddit et al. Especially if it looks like a captcha text. Or is it a matter of 'aint nobody got time for that'...?
Need help identifying some growth.
What is it? Seems to grow out of some wooden areas in the room. I've tried peroxide and bleach. Would a steamer help? Sorry in advance for the bad picture quality.
