Me imagino que honorarios o no? Si es contrato, podís armar un escándalo más o menos si no te han pagado al 5 del mes siguiente con consecuencias graves pa la empresa.

How do you feel about establishing people's level of victimization due to their ethnic, sexual or gender identity backgrounds and its implications on policy?
I formulated a similar question just a few minutes ago in a discussion with a fellow fediverse dweller, and would love to gather your honest opinions. I'm not looking to troll or flame bait anyone.

Made a 4K Desktop Wallpaper with a Hindu Deity
It's a representation of Shiva I got from rijksmuseum as "king of dance", performing the Tandava, which is "described as a vigorous dance that is the source of the cycle of creation, preservation and dissolution".
In my own personal interpretation, this is to be understood metaphorically as a means to gain awareness about how things come into our lives, run their course, and then eventually end, opening space and possibility for new things to take their place and continue the cycle.
To me it's a reflection about impermanence and renewal. I don't know about that whole past lives thing, but i find the metaphorical concept of death and rebirth being closely tied together cool.
