Omelette in a croissant
  • This recipe i usually use for an omelette. In a pan, cook the ham, pepper, tomato, mushrooms, onion. while they are cooking in a bowl mix a few eggs with a little milk and a tablespoon of flour, a pinch of salt and pepper. When they are done cooking cut a few croissants in half and press them so they look like boats. Place the croissant on a baking sheet and add the filling from the pan with the egg mixture. Bake in the oven until cooked. my setting is for a convection oven at 220 degrees celsius. when the egg is cooked the croissant is not burnt.

    Forgot to add the cheese.

  • Ugly car rule
  • I used to drive the multipla, and I tell you what! People used to fight to sit in the front because it had 3 front seats! The 1.9jtd after tuning had 150hp so I went head on with golfs and polos. When I bought it it was “Car of the future” but the memes made it look bad.

  • Homicide Rate in Europe (by country) and the USA (by state) in 2020
  • The leading cause of homicide in the Baltic countries is alcohol. What is interesting is that the victims are usually family members and friends, because you drink at the same table and when you argue, you get angry and it ends badly. It is rare that a person is killed without a connection to the killer, and if it does happen, it makes the national headlines.

During the multiple occupations of the Baltic countries, alcohol was used to control the population. The tsar used it, Stalin used it and now Putin uses it. Alcohol helps to escape from reality and provides comfort. It will take time to overcome the alcoholic generations, measures are being taken to help solve the problem, but you can't change a country where for more than a hundred years alcoholism was the norm.

  • Than you wouldnt look smart when a person sitting in your ev doesnt know how to open the door, and you smugly grin and show how stupid they look for not spending 30min on youtube and looking at videos how to open ev doors.

  • Redemption steak
  • Its a trick restaurants use, tasty, but not healthy. Boil the potato, put them in a pot with spices you like, add starch, shake the pot so the potatos get covered in many spots that get crispy. Cook in oven with lots of oil. The trick is to add lots of starch and oil.

  • Redemption steak

Last steak was not up to code. This one was cooked in a sous vide 50C for two hours. Than seared it on a grill for 2min on one side and 1min on the other. Let it sit for a few minutes.

  • Take a sweet bun that has a curd filling, cut it in half like a burger bun. Spread cream cheese on both sides. Add ham, cucumber, salad leaf. Serve with tarkhuna. This recipe might doxx me to my friends, because I always say to try it but nobody ever does.

Traditional “Kibin” from Ukraine Tatar. Served with chicken stock.
  • Its in the mug, people drink it because the outer crust of the kibin is thick and dry, so it goes well with it. The stock must be very rich in flavor so it would feal like having a soup.

Imagine having a soup for dinner but the main dish is bread.
