There's plenty of products with viable business models that have undergone enshittification in recent years...
It's a thing in New Zealand, where they actually cook in the geothermal springs, done traditionally by Maori in the area that has geothermal activity(they also dig a hole sometimes, not sure if that depends on the tribe or just what they're cooking). Apparently there's a restaurant that does it too: https://whakarewarewa.com/experiences-traditional-food/
I haven't tried it so can't speak to the flavor, but Id imagine it would be somewhat sulphour flavoured, which doesn't seem appealing, maybe it's an acquired taste?
The competition might not be real right now, but they're smart enough to know it'll eventually catch up if they don't stay one step ahead.
😂
It's not, it's the site that was used to make the map in the post screenshot.
Not saying they should have to, just saying it would be better if it had it.
I don't really enjoy the way hardness is implemented in souls like games: long health bars just make the game take longer and make it boring for me, so I don't play them. That's OK if they don't want my money 🤷
I know there's also the argument that a lot of players wouldn't bother with the hard mode if easy was available and you're denying the players that experience if you implement easy mode, but I think it's a flawed argument because if you add any small incentive to play on hard mode such as a simple cosmetic reward that's enough to incentivise most players to do it.
But yeah it definitely sounds like thier test for 200k players probably had bigger instances provisioned than what they ended up using in the production release 😅
You'd think they'd be able to do some sort of auto scaling when demand goes up though... 😅
Dunno what the sales for the new one are like, but the 2020 ms flight sim had a lot more mass appeal than any older flight sims, but maybe a lot of xbox players were put off by the pre download requirements?
Also when it's on game pass the barrier to entry is a lot lower, as a lot of people might install it with the intention of only playing it for like 5 minutes to see if they can see thier house or something, which they probably wouldn't pay full price on steam to do 😅
They probably mean cheat trainers, as opposed to chat codes(extra software that alters the games memory while it's running), which can often include other malware.
You don't have to buy it from steam, might've been more users from gamepass and xbox than steam?
Maybe instead of updating the public rules could use a checklist system to help reduce the cognitive load of moderating: like checking if the url is a reputable source such as the verge, and check for keywords like "valve" for if it's relevant to gaming.
Surely the trial and execution part isn't a life goal, but more just accepting the inevitable.
I think you'd be more likely to know if you didn't read books lol
Water vapour is quite good at absorbing heat, and it insulates the atmosphere too(it's often warmer at night if its cloudy), would it reflect enough heat for that sort of cooling to happen? Sounds like something that would take a lot longer to happen than the time it will take to get too hot for us to survive without living underground or something.
Probably also in case the shipping container leaks or has some termites or something?
Probably not good for thier kidneys? As creatinine levels are tested to indicate kidney health. There also could be other things in human creatine supplements that would be bad for cats, such as chocolate flavouring.
The worse the UI is, the more often users will have to click/tap stuff, which boosts the "engagement" stats.

Unsure if your snack gets the David Seymour tick? This will clear things up.
In announcing changes to the school lunches programme, David Seymour said kids would no longer be served ‘woke’ foods. To clear up any confusion, The Spinoff has compiled a guide to the wokeness levels of some common food items.
