Yeah, fuck TicketMaster.
Part of the point is that touring and gigs are no longer profitable either.
I'm Gen-X and couldn't afford kids, so... grand kids are really, really not on the menu.
And Chinese, NorK (are there any?) vessels
The worst I had was when the heating for our building failed... on Christmas Eve. No hot water or heating until January 5th because they couldn't find the part, it was more complex than they expected, another part needed replacing etc. etc. etc. Fuck me, was it cold, and I like my flat cold! Had to got the gym every morning for a shower. At least I got a rent reduction.
The Soviet Union declared war on Japan six days earlier. The bombs were meant to send a strong message to the Soviets and prevent them from taking Japan.
January
Maybe, but that's not the question.
Need to be VAT registered, too. I have no idea how much extra effort that involves.
Neither - it's a weird/annoying religious 'army' that knocks on your door waaaay too early on Sunday morning to harras you. The UKs Mormons in other words.
If you do that, you will just split the vote, giving Republicans another win. I'm not sure if your democracy will survive thus term, but another... forget it.
It's a new Zone Rouge.
This is brilliant! Talking toy tigers - no problem. Talking dogs, though, is clearly ridiculous!
Nvidia made money, but I've not seen OpenAI do anything useful, and they are not even profitable.
It's curious that these people never targeted the Republican position on Gazza, even though it was clear from the polls that Trump had a good chance of winning.
Can they do that without the house or senate?
Reminds me of our very own Liz Truss. She's still somehow convinced she's an economic genius.
Everett True will smite reckless fool drivers (Sept 1, 1914)

> This cartoon was printed 110 years ago today on September 1, 1914. > > World War 1 was in progress, though it wasn't called that yet. On the Western Front, Imperial Germany's invasion was underway and the French and British armies had been in retreat for almost a week. Among the engagements of this day was a skirmish near Néry, where a dismounted British cavalry division fought a dismounted German cavalry division. The outnumbered British forces prevailed, and three British soldiers were later awarded the prestigious Victoria Cross. The French and British forces continued to retreat, but they were doing so in an orderly manner, and in a few days they would be ready to counterattack in one of the most significant battles of the century. > > Meanwhile, in rapidly-urbanizing America, Everett True was beginning to wonder if cars were a good idea after all.

> A species of owl which usually breeds in Scotland and Russia has produced a brood in an area of Kent for the first time in five years. > > Short-eared owls have reared two broods at Elmley Nature Reserve, on the Isle of Sheppey. > > The birds often stay at the site for winter before heading north during summer, but weather conditions and food abundance has seen them stay put on Sheppey.
