Yup. I'm in that boat. Only have one provider: the local mom and pop telephone company. Their prices are outrageous, Internet is slow and service is 50/50. Only other option is satellite Internet.

Awesome photo. I've been bummed that the first few nights of the comet I was working, or it was just too low on the horizon and was obscured by the mountains around me. Finally was able to get a decent photo today, but it's not nearly as impressive as last weekend.

They're mostly men, and they're strong men. These are physically young, strong men. They look like prime-time soldiers. Now it's probably not true, but where are the women?... So, you ask two things. My wife, a dub and I are all certified and I'm starting 2 more kids on certification this winter. I'm looking for an air integrated wrist computer that can monitor multiple wireless units (preferably at least 4). Anybody have any favorites or recommendations?

The crazy thing is that there's apparently no official database that tracks that. There was just a California firefighter charged with multiple counts of arson and in the article they mention that the statistic isn't tracked, they went on to do a database search that showed how frequent it is.
