Also—and I really don’t want to sound like a BlueskyBro here—is there any software that implements custom timelines in the Fediverse, such as the super cool ones Bluesky has?
It would be super cool if lists could be made not only of profiles, but also of hashtags and keywords, ideally even having custom algorithms, too!

If liking something makes you a bro then everyone here is a bro. Bluesky is good and tons of people like it. They have a lot of neat ideas so much so many fedi devs are looking to bring some of those ideas to the fedi. Anyways to answer your question the answer is no. The closest you get are Misskey & Forkeys antenna feature and Friendica & Hubzilla’s channels feature.
